Upon payment of your orders, our diligent logistics team initiates the processing of your shipment. Due to logistical considerations and traffic factors, shipping within local areas, including Metro Manila, typically takes 7-10 days. Despite these challenges, we remain committed to delivering your rice in a timely manner while ensuring the safety and integrity of your packages throughout transit.

Extended Shipping Services: For customers with specific delivery requirements, we offer extended shipping options tailored to your needs. Whether you prefer expedited shipping for urgent orders or scheduled deliveries for added convenience, we provide flexible solutions to accommodate your preferences. International Shipping:

Please note that at this time, we do not offer international shipping services. Our focus is on serving customers within the Philippines, and we do not currently ship outside the country due to customs and export documentation requirements. As a company rooted in supporting our local rice farmers, we prioritize sourcing our products domestically and delivering them directly to your door.

Return & Refund Policy

At Rice Haven LTD, we prioritize customer satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate returns and refunds, we have established the following comprehensive guidelines:

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for returns and refunds, please adhere to the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused and maintained in their original condition. We only replace products if they are deemed damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • Requests for return must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date. Failure to adhere to this timeframe will result in the request being denied.

  • Customers can submit their return requests conveniently through our Messenger platform or via email at admin@RiceHaven.com.

Approval Process: All return and refund requests are subject to approval. Our team diligently reviews each request and assesses the reason provided. Depending on the circumstances, requests may be approved or denied. Rest assured, we will promptly notify you via email once we receive the returned item for assessment.

RETURN FEE

​

If the need arises for the rice to be returned to our depot, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping return fee. This fee amounts to 2000 pesos, which is intended to cover expenses related to petrol and other logistical requirements.

 

 

AUTOMATIC REFUND

​

At Rice Haven LTD, we prioritize transparency and accountability in our operations. If, for any reason, we fail to deliver the products within 10 days of the payment confirmation, without prior notification of possible delays to the buyer, an automatic refund will be initiated. This ensures that our customers are promptly reimbursed for any inconvenience caused by delayed deliveries.

MODE OF PAYMENT FOR REFUNDS

​

Once a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the customer's bank account. The processing time for refunds typically ranges from 7 to 14 days, depending on the policies and procedures of the respective banking institutions.

DELIVERY:

​

Upon receiving your rice order, please ensure that you have received the correct number of sacks and are satisfied with the quality of the rice. Additionally, kindly sign the receipt provided by our delivery person, indicating your agreement with the products and their quality. Please retain your copy for your records and provide the other copy to our delivery person.

​

In the event that you are not satisfied with the quality of the rice, we are more than happy to address your concerns on-site before our delivery person departs. However, rest assured that we take every measure to ensure that you receive rice of the highest quality. Your satisfaction is our priority.
